Liz Vassey, who began acting at nine years of age, is a regular in over fifty musicals. When she was sixteen, Liz emigrated to New York to become part of All My Children. The work that Liz did for the show earned the show winning her first Daytime Emmy. Liz has a guest or recurring role on twelve TV shows. But she's probably famous for her part as DNA technician Wendy Simms on the television show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, which she played for five years. Additionally, Liz was a part of numerous films as well as pilots, and guest starred on several different TV shows. Liz's career is not only in acting but also as a writer. She was a writer on the show CSI during her last season. In the past she's been able to sell six TV pilots and television movies that are in the development stage at NBC Freeform Universal Netflix The CW as well as other studios. Liz has run throughout her existence. She made her first acting debut as a director in the film The Human Race. The documentary is a look at older runners. She was a detective on Ringer and a detective's wife on Southland and a Bounty Hunter on the CBS The Odds pilot The Odds; a Bank Robber in Medium and a RV hooker who traveled. Additionally, she was an mermaid on Flight of the Conchords as she was the main actress in the Shana Sosin-directed independent feature The Rift.
