Emily Bett Rickards was born in July of 1991. She is an Canadian Actress best known as Felicity on The CW's television show Arrow. Rickards was raised and born within British Columbia. Beginning on her career path as a child, she began to explore dancing and musical theatre hoping to eventually becoming more involved in acting. She graduated from the acting essentials course in the Vancouver Film School after graduating from high school. After completing the program, she attended an audition for open calls and was able to get her an agent. She attended The Alida Vocal Studio in Vancouver.
